I was sitting in my ground level apartment (it is a townhome) on a quiet street off of Adams Mill Road when an African-American wearing a white tee and a dourag over his corn rolls walks down the steps and comes directly in front of the gate leading to my front door. He was carrying a white bag of some sort. This occurred at about 1:35 AM on a Saturday night about 3 weeks ago. He repeatedly asked me through the door if I lived there. I motioned for him to go away and called the police. He left.

Do not let anyone into your home! Although I can't say what he was doing, it seemed awfully suspicious at this time on a Saturday night.
